“ Kutchi Mani-restaurant is located on Anjar-Galpadar-Adipur highway junction with good variety of typical Kachchhi meal consists of Bajre ja rotla, Odho, kadhi, garlic chutney , 'gud'(jaggery), Salad, chilled Glass of Chaas (Butter Milk). The usually Kachchhi Cusine consists of Robust thick hand patted Bajra Rotlas, Curd, Butter milk, Dal, Curry, Vegetables, Papad, Kachumbar; a special meal. We found all these in this retaurant & experienced the true traditional home food of Kachchh with fabulous taste. Meal was served up in copper/brass type steel utensils, one set per person. Interior is good..so is the kitchen area. Owner of restaurant allow us to see their simple traditional kitchen, which was located backside of restaurant in outside open area. We watched few ladies make the rotlas by hand on an earthen tawaa over an open wood-burning mud choolah (stove) Overall it was an awesome atmosphere.. waiting area is attractive.. recommended for family and friends.. enjoy Kachchhi Dhaba ”
